Shipping policy

For domestic buyers:

1. Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
2. Orders are shipped within minimum 5-7 and maximum 8 -10 working days as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order.
3. Confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.

ArtRomeo is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

To ensure safe and fast delivery of the products, we ship through reputed courier partners.

Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Art Romeo is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

All prepaid orders shipped by www.artromeo.in are delivered Free throughout India.
Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) :
Cash on Delivery options are available through India for most of the Products and there are extra COD fees for the orders.
Some products may not ship through COD. customer will be informed in such cases.
